LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Duration: 01st April 2026 - 31st March 2027)

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Program is open to individual authorized dealers only and not to organizations or corporate entities.

1.2. Participants must be legal residents of India and must be adults as per applicable law.

1.3. Only dealers selling BKT Two-Wheeler tyres through BKT authorized distributors are eligible to participate.

1.4. Employees of BKT Tyres, its distributors, dealers, sub dealers, participating agencies, their affiliates, and immediate relatives are not eligible for any benefits under this Program.

2. Membership Enrolment

2.1. Enrolment in the program is free of charge.

2.2. Dealers must complete the registration process as instructed by BKT Tyres sales team or its authorized loyalty agency.

2.3. Dealers must provide accurate, complete, and up to date information, including name, contact details, and KYC documentation.

2.4. The dealer is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account information. Any changes must be updated promptly.

2.5. BKT Tyres reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel membership if any information provided is found to be incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent.

3. Earning Loyalty Points

3.1. Points awarded are subject to meeting eligibility criteria and compliance with program rules.

3.2. Points may vary based on slabs, promotions, and schemes announced from time to time.

3.3. Points do not have any monetary value, are nontransferable, and can only be redeemed as per this program.

3.4. Returned, cancelled, or disputed invoices will not be eligible for points, and any credited points will be reversed accordingly.

4. Warranty Points

4.1. Warranty points are applicable only from 1st July 2026 onward.

4.2. Warranty points are not applicable for Q1 2026 (01st April - 30th June26)

5. Redemption of Points

5.1. Points can be redeemed from 1st Jul 2026 onwards.

5.2. Rewards available for redemption will be listed in the digital rewards catalogue, which may be updated periodically.

5.3. Redemption is subject to availability of sufficient points and reward stock.

5.4. Redeemed rewards are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

5.5. BKT tyres reserves the right to substitute rewards of equivalent value if required.

6. KYC (Know Your Customer)

6.1. Completion of KYC is mandatory for point redemption.

6.2. KYC documentation includes Aadhaar, PAN, proof of address, firm name, firm address and GST details.

6.3. Failure to complete KYC may result in temporary suspension of redemptions or account deactivation.

6.4. KYC information will be processed and stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Points Expiry & Inactivity

7.1. Loyalty points will lapse after 31st March 2029.

7.2. BKT Tyres may, at its discretion, extend point validity during special promotions or for any other reason. (it will be intimated to all the dealer partners).

8. Program Modification or Termination

8.1. BKT tyres reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Program, either partially or completely, at any time (without any prior intimation). In case such a situation arises, dealer partners will be given ample time to redeem the points.

8.2. Any changes will be communicated through official channels such as email or SMS.

9. Fraud, Misuse & Abuse

9.1. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, misuse of points, or manipulation of the program will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of points.

9.2. BKT tyres reserves the right to take legal action against any dealer involved in fraudulent activities.

10. Taxation

10.1. Rewards may be subject to income tax and TDS as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.

10.2. TDS applicability:

  • 10% TDS if PAN is linked with Aadhaar
  • 20% TDS if PAN is not provided or not linked

10.3. Dealers are responsible for their own tax compliance.

11. Privacy & Communication

11.1. Personal data will be collected, processed, and stored in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11.2. By enrolling, dealers consent to receiving communication related to the program.

11.3. Dealers may opt out of promotional communication without affecting program membership. However, we will encourage our dealer partners to give consent to stay updated on all the promotions and schemes.

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

12.1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

12.3. There shall be no arbitration unless mutually agreed by both parties.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. Images shown in the catalogue are for indicative purposes only.

13.2. BKT tyres decision regarding interpretation of these terms shall be final.

13.3. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
